We have been getting a bit of everything too. We had blazing hot, then we moved into some harsh storms and now it dropped down to the high 60's and low 70's again. On top of that we have had hail and thunderstorms pretty much all week.

Hail in June, that is mental! Mind you I remember playing cricket one July and it fluffing started to snow many years ago. I hope the weekend is decent for you.
Hail isn't that uncommon in the summer when a cold front moves through and causes massive instability in the atmosphere. At least not where we live. It usually never stays very long. In our case it melted within seconds.
