Since you rarely use the #WeAreAlive Hive tribe's official frontend, it would be its active users (or Bjorn's uptime checkers) to detect (and talk about) such frontend's downtime. 🖖😅
Anyway, I would still try the WINEX token tipping command even if its bot has been down for 8 days, with the hope that it will still fulfill all valid token tipping commands within the past 8 days. 🤗
