When I didn't see any reply from you within the past 23 hours, I got some time to read your (only) post within such that time frame. π€
It would !INDEED be inconvenient to switch from your favorite Linux distro to another one (possibly its fork), and it's even much more inconvenient for other people in general to switch to better FOSS (and not insecure, as software being free and open-source does not necessarily mean already secure by design) apps and OS. π€―

Curious, since I always go through and respond to my notifications around the same time every day, so I have no idea why there would be such a gap, and cool.
Yes, I'm really not looking forward to it, but a line has been crossed, so it seems quite necessary at this point, much to my intense chagrin, because I love Arch, and I've been using it every day for over 8 years now. There's a huge schism in the FOSS and Linux communities over this issue at the moment, as many significant FOSS projects seem to have been compromised. πππβ¨π€

We can only assume that our commenting sessions on that day (yesterday UTC) were just 1 hour apart !INDEED. π
I have read content from some people who said that that simply using a FOSS app or operating system (distro) that you know is secure enough already counts as a "vote" or support (no donations, code contributions, and/or user feedback necessary). π§ββοΈ
