The absence of layer 2 is my concern and they only have only one token.

Well, while it's true that Blurt only presently has one token, layer 2 will come in time, and BLURT can also be added to several SWAP.BLURT diesel/liquidity pools on Hive Engine, all of which earn well.
No worries, and I understand. Blurt is very similar to Hive, and also different in some notable respects. I've been there for several months, so I've gotten to know it pretty well so far. You'll get the hang of it. 😁🙏💚✨🤙
