To power up, I usually use PeakD, but you can use any frontend that allows that function to do it. If you look down my timeline almost a month back, you'll find my first BPUD post. I have the requirements to participate there. You could also go directly to @bradleyarrow's account, as he's who started it, and he posts and talks about it often.
Yes, indeed. There are many community curation accounts that pay out liquid HIVE daily for HP delegations, like @ecency, also you'll receive liquid HIVE once per week by delegating BEE to @bee.voter and POB to @pob.voter. I hope that helps! 😁 🙏 💚 ✨ 🤙
