Weekend Short Dary | Alive and Thriving on Friday, July 11, 2025
Hi there. How are you? I hope you are doing great. Welcome to my Post. It's the alive and thriving report on Friday, my weekend, July 11, 2025.
My weekend started with performing the Fajr prayer in the mosque. Later, I recited Surah Al-Kahf and finished it in one sitting. Afterward, I talked with my parents over Facebook Messenger. Later, I had a second round of morning sleep.
We changed the online Quran class tutor for our kid. On Friday morning, at 10 am, my kid had a trial class with his new teacher. It was for only half an hour. We will continue with this teaching from now on. The new lady teacher will take the class three times a week, In Sha Allah.
At around 11:50 am, my son and I went to the mosque to attend the Jummah prayer. We returned home in one hour. After lunch, I worked on the laptop for a while. Later, I had a short afternoon nap. We went to the mosque for the Asr prayer after the nap.
In the afternoon, my son and I went out in our car. We visited several shops to buy some food items, vegetables, and to repair a mixer. After finishing the work, we went to the park where my son enjoyed the swings and slides. We returned home before sunset.
In the evening, we went out again. We went to a local marketplace. We made some purchases again and returned home before 9 pm. Later I worked on the laptop for some time and went to bed after 10 pm.
Okay. That's all for today. Alhamdulillah, I am alive, healthy, and thriving. How about you?
You really arranged your family and activities very well. First, you had your morning prayers, talk to your parents over the messenger, later went to second round sleep lolz. You arranged your son's teacher, had a nap after working with laptops and later went out with your son for shopping. Excellent way to show that you are Alive and Thriving.

I am better with someone teaching me in person rather than trying to learn online. I hope your Son likes the in person teacher better.

What a productive and varied weekend.
It's a good thing they found a new teacher for your son's classes, it seems that everything is well organized.
In addition, your outings to the park and the market sound very pleasant, surely your child enjoyed it a lot.

That's exciting moments you had with your son. I like the fact that you usually go for prayer with him...training him in the right direction.
Balancing work, family time and rest. That's great and way to go.
