The Last Workday of the Week | Alive and Thriving on Dec 26, 2025
Hi, there. How are you? I hope that you are doing great. Welcome to my short Diary on Thursday, December 26, 2024!
Another workweek is finished here for me. Tomorrow, Friday, my weekend. The last workday was quite a relaxing one. I had only 17 patients in my chamber. Of them, one patient came with severe shivering, following an episode of vomiting. His limbs were cold. Hence, the pulse oximeter was showing incorrect readings. His carotid (at the neck) pulse was okay but the radial pulse (at the wrist) was undetectable. The digital BP machine helped us to measure his BP. We check his blood sugar. All the vitals were within normal limits, even the temperature! He had no chest pain, abdominal pain, cold cough, or diarrhea. I gave symptomatic management and he was better when he left the clinic.
In the morning, I had a brisk walk for 15 minutes. I couldn't walk on the treadmill today. However, I could make 10k plus steps.
After 9 p.m., we went to our car and purchased a gift item for a newborn we are planning to visit tomorrow, in Sha Allah.
Okay. That's all for today. I am alive, healthy, and thriving, Alhamdulillah. How about you?
