The Last Workday before the Vacation | Alive and Thriving on Jan 16, 2025
Hi there. How are you? I hope you are doing great. Welcome to my short diary on Thursday, January 16, 2024!
In my last post, I mentioned that we would travel to Bangladesh on Friday for a vacation. Hence, Thursday was the last workday of the week as well as before the vacation. My weekend will continue for a little over 3 weeks, In Sha Allah :)
On Thursday, I consulted around 25 patients in my chamber, so it was an average day that was not too hectic. In the visa medical section, there were also fewer people for the fitness test.
In the morning, I walked outside briskly for around 15 minutes. Later, there was no treadmill walk. However, after missing the target on Wednesday, I could complete 10k steps on Thursday.
Okay. That's all for today. Alhamdulillah, I am alive, healthy, and thriving. How about you?
