Hi there. How are you? I hope you are doing great. Welcome to my short diary for Monday, March 24, 2025.

After the Fajr prayer, I had a second round of morning sleep on Monday. It's a daily routine. On Friday and Saturday, I get more time for the morning sleep. On School days, it's only for one hour!

In the afternoon, I also had an afternoon nap before going to the mosque for the Asr prayer. My son accompanies me most of the day!

I consulted 27 patients on Monday. I did a bit of extra duty after the Tarabih prayer. Most of the patients visit around that time. One doctor was off on Monday. Hence, I stayed a bit longer to help another doctor!

According to the Fitbit app, on Monday I made 9603 steps!

Okay. That's all for today. Alhamdulillah, I am alive, healthy, and thriving. How about you?

We have bumper to bumper traffic. It became this way after covid. It was like they all moved here to get away from the bigger cities. Our population must have tripled or maybe more.
