During the morning shift duty, one GP doctor suddenly fell sick and took the shift off. Hence, it turned into a kinda busy shift. However, it was manageable. Some people came for the visa medical fitness tests too. I had to examine them.

During the evening shift, one housemaid was brought by her sponsor. She was having severe and discomforting pain in her right shoulder girdle. Her sponsor was a sensible lady. She doubted that the housemaid might have diabetes. We did the test. Indeed, the housemaid's HbA1c was 10.8%, quite high!! She was unaware of her diabetes! Besides the management of her pain, I added diabetes medicine!

On Sunday, I couldn't walk on the treadmill. I could only make a little over 8k steps on that day (according to the Fitbit app).
