Hi, there! How are you? I hope that you are doing great. Welcome to my post. It's the alive and thriving report on Thursday, November 21, 2024!

It was an average busy Thursday, the last workday for me of the week. I consulted a little over 30 patients in my chamber. One of the doctors took the day off. However, being a government holiday, the patient load wasn't much throughout the day except for the few hours in the evening. Only a handful of people came for the check-up in the visa medical section.

At home, I skipped the morning sleep. I walked on the treadmill for around 15 minutes before joining the morning shift duty. In the afternoon, I had a short afternoon nap. At night, I had another 20-minute of treadmill walk. So, it was a good day from the perspective of exercise and steps. According to the Fitbit app, I made 12,689 steps on Thursday. According to the Sweatcoin app, the number was 12,751!

After 9 pm, we went to a 1-Riyal shop to purchase some items. We bought several items such as handwash, soap, kitchen stuff, storybooks for my kid, a few food items, etc. There were some good sales offers. We took some. We spent around 6 OMR (~$15.50) there.
