Me and ny sister Faiza bought an amazing puzzel. And London Bridge Puis our one of our best memories.Surprisingly it is 1500 pieces jigsaw puzzle of London Bridge.

Me and my sister Faiza started making it just for fun.Definitely this 1500 pieces puzzel was super fun. Me and Faiza have made only half of the puzzel of it in three days. However the puzzel is still not completed. But both of us enjoyed a lot. Me and Faiza chatted and laughed a lot while doing this. After we got tired, we decided to have some good meal - Dal Chawal with fresh salad made of cucumber, tomatoes and onion.
This blog is not just about a puzzle. All of it's about mental health, sister bonding, and finding happiness in small things at home.
When we saw the box in the market in Faisalabad, it said "1500 PIECES JIGSAW PUZZLE - LONDON BRIDGE - 10+ AGES". The picture was beautiful - Tower Bridge at night with lights reflecting in the water.
Most people start with 500 pieces. Me and Faiza directly took the risk of 1500 pieces. Why? Because we wanted a challenge. As a physiotherapist, I know the brain needs exercise just like the body needs the gym.The puzzle comes with a big poster that shows the final image. That poster helped us a lot.

Our 3-Day Journey: How We Made Half of The Puzzle
Faiza opened the box and poured all 1500 pieces on the floor. Definitely the pile of 1500 pieces looked impossible. Faiza first separated the border pieces. And the boarder trick is the best for any jigsaw puzzle. We completed the border in 4 hours.
We decided to find the border first. Border pieces have one straight side, so they are easy to find. We both sat on the floor, searching.
Sorting the boarder took us almost one hour. We were just picking pieces, talking. While sorting, we talked about everything - what to cook tomorrow, what happened in the market, old school stories.
After we found all border pieces, we joined them. Slowly a big rectangle formed. Just the border took us 3 to 4 hours. But when the border was complete, we were so happy. We felt like we did something big. We took a photo and stopped for the day.

On day 2 we started the main part - the two towers of London Bridge. And this was very difficult. Both towers are brown. There are maybe 300 pieces that are all brown, light brown, dark brown. It is very confusing.
We would pick a brown piece, try it in one place, it would not fit. Try another place, still not fit. Sometimes we searched for one piece for 20 minutes.
My sister Faiza got a little angry and said "let's leave it". But then we both laughed and started again. We played music on the phone and kept trying.
On day 2 we also chatted a lot and laughed a lot. When you sit together for hours without a mobile phone in your hand, you actually talk. We remembered childhood puzzles. We used to make small 24-piece puzzles as kids. This 1500-piece one is 100 times bigger than those.
By the end of day 2, we completed the lower part of both towers. So now we had a border and two half towers standing inside. About 35-40% was done.
Our backs were paining from sitting on the floor, our eyes were tired, but we were happy.

##Day 3: The Fun
Day 3 was the best day. We woke up late and started at 11 am. On this day we made the some sky , side and the water.
The sky is light blue and cloudy. The water is dark blue with lights of the bridge reflecting in it. These parts were a little easier than the towers because the colors are different.
On day 3 we were faster. We understood how the puzzle works. We could guess the piece by its shape and color. We were working like a team. I would find pieces, my sister would fix them.
We talked, we laughed, we drank chai in between. We didn't feel like we were doing work. And it felt like we were just enjoying time together.
By evening of day 3, we had completed half of the puzzle. Exactly half. The sky is done, the water is done, the towers are half done. The middle part of the bridge is still remaining. It is still on the floor in our room. We have not completed it yet.
We took many photos of our half puzzle. And it looks beautiful even when half done.

After 3 days of sitting on the floor, me and Faiza were very tired and very hungry. We decided to have some good meal. We didn't want to order pizza or burger. We wanted something simple and homely.
We decided to eat Dal Chawal with fresh salad made of cucumber, tomatoes and onion. My sister Faiza made the dal. Faiza makes very tasty masoor dal with turmeric and garlic tadka. I boiled the rice and made the salad.

For the salad, I chopped fresh cucumber, tomatoes and one onion. I added salt, a little black pepper and lemon juice. Surely it was very fresh and crunchy.

We didn't even sit on the dining table. We sat on the same floor, next to our half puzzle, and we ate there. Two plates of hot Dal Chawal and salad.
That Dal Chawal was so tasty that day. Maybe because we were tired. Maybe because we made it together. Maybe because we ate it while laughing about the puzzle.
We were eating and still looking at the puzzle and saying, "this piece goes here, that piece goes there." Even while eating, our mind was in the puzzle.
People will ask why we are so happy about a half-done puzzle. The reason is simple it was not about the puzzle. And it was about time together.
In these 3 days, me and Faizar spent almost 10 hours sitting together without TikTok, Instagram, or TV. Just pieces, chat and laughs. We laughed a lot. We talked about things we didn't talk about for months.
We also learned that 1500 pieces puzzle needs a lot of patience. You cannot be fast. You have to be slow. You have to try again and again.
And the best part is we still have half of the puzzel left. So the fun is not over. Next weekend we will complete the other half of the puzzel.
This was our experience. Me and my sister started making this 1500 pcs puzzle. However solving the puzzel was super fun. Still we have made half of it. Not completed the puzzel yet. But we enjoyed a lot.Trust me it took us three days to make half of the puzzel. We chatted and laughed a lot while doing this puzzel. After that we got tired so decided to have some good meal. For that we had Dal chawal with fresh salad made of cucumber, tomatoes and onion.
However it is a simple memory, but it is our favorite memory. Sometimes simple days become the best days.
