I would love to tell you to come here and experience a stable climate that lasts practically 365 days a year, but as you know, this is the worst time to visit... Reading your words surprises me, because what I experienced in Spain—back in early spring—really took me aback; that chill in the streets was something I had never felt before. But yes, I can see how the heat in Europe can be scorching in the summer. So far, the closest thing to Caracas was when I visited Rome in October; that must be a pleasant time of year for you.
