I also believe banning gambling isn't the solution to make people stop gambling. I feel like it's an individual choice to make.
But then the government has a major role to play in this, in cases of those gambling for financial stability, the government should provide for them.

The worst part is that we know people will find a way to keep doing it, even if it's forbidden. The issue is more about financial education than prohibition.
