Forward ever.

Growing up, my favorite movies were the ones whose characters possessed a certain superpower that would make them look unique and indestructible. Then, seeing those characters perform their magic or superpower, I would imagine myself being in the movie and exploring my own superviser, then my mother would tap me and wake me up from that little slumber.

I love the superpower that would enable someone to prevent a thing from happening. And going back in time to see the activities that were done wrongly and correcting each and every one of them, "how amazing is that?" very unique in nature.

Time travel sounds so fun, imagine traveling to past events that weren't pleasant and trying to change the whole event that happened, and make a bright moment out of it. Often I think back and reminisce on those moments that I could change if eventually given such an opportunity.

If this question were asked some years back, I would have accepted the offer to travel to change a certain event or maybe prevent that event from happening at all. Reminiscing back on that moment the one thing that came to my mind back then was if I had the power to prevent that event from happening, I would eventually do everything in my power to prevent it.

But then I ask myself, what difference would it make if I happened to stop that event from occurring and make everything look bright and beautiful? What would become of me? How would life have been if that thing hadn't happened? Maybe I would have lived life differently; these are questions I ask myself every day when reminiscing back on that moment and possessing the superpower to avert the event.

Losing a loved one can be a very hard feeling to get through. I know how I tried to erase that moment from my head, but then it's coming back like forcing its way into my head. Now, let's get back from losing a loved one and focus our attention on the previous mistakes that we've made.

I feel it's our mistakes that make us better people. What would life be without mistakes, and that means we are a perfect being, and then no man has to be perfect. I don't think I will go back to any past memory to change it because I feel like the world is not perfect just the way it is, our mistakes are a sign that shows that indeed we are humans and are bound to make mistakes.

Our mistakes make us "flawsome", got that word from a popular Nigerian series though "don't laugh". I know there are some moments that I would like to go back to and make some adjustments, or rather prevent them from happening, but then I don't think I would love to do it. What I would do is to live with my mistakes and try to adjust so I don't repeat those mistakes.

Since traveling back in time to correct certain mistakes looks like an incredible journey to embark on but then I'm not gonna accept the offer.
