This is such a beautiful post. Reading the first few paragraphs, one can already tell that you have the heart of gratitude. I'm happy you first acknowledge your passion for experiencing this one life we have, because truly, life is to be lived, despite the down times.
I do hope there's more for you to celebrate as you continually consider the goodness of your loved ones and maker.

Thank you. Well, I'm trying though I can be ungrateful at times. Thankfully, those around me who make me see reason to be grateful. Yes, we have that one life and we need to live well while appreciating it beyond the down times.
I hope so too, and I'll continually appreciate that goodness.
