but very few are still making some noise on the chain in bear market.
I and many other people post, comment and curate regularly/consistently on the Hive blockchain, regardless of the market conditions.

You took it in the wrong sense. Making noise can mean many things. Here I used it like preparing for the bull and making money in the bear.
Consider it like investing in hbd vs investing in hive.
Or hbd based hedge funds or hive based hedge funds.
I am regularly/consistently doing this to. My current plan is to build my Hive Dollar (HBD) savings in long term (for years and for decades). Hopefully it will work in long term, and hopefully it will get me out of poverty. I build other passive income sources too. For example my SWAP.HIVE:SPS liquidity position, staked SPS, staked SPT, etc.
