Well, the major way to grow on the blockchain is through your engagement, that's what I've done and it has helped me a lot, most of the things I've acquired from the hive blockchain is through my constant engagement with it, that's what made some people noticed me and choose to support me.
So dear, all you have to do is create time to build relationships here on the blockchain and with time everything will fall in place.
