Exactly, that is why I believe some customers might need to be flogged to get their senses in order. That baseless accusation is humorous to me..π A dog? But truth be told, sometimes a customer needs to be sternly shown that at this precise juncture you ain't nowhere near being right. Just like in the case of your HOD scolding you, he/she should have also given the customer his fair share too. At least that will serve as a warning to any other one who might have such action in mind!

Yea ....it's good we explain to them politely when they are getting it wrong.
My HOD didn't face the man, rather she faced me because she expected me to inform the man
Exactly, they need to be informed too. Well, I guess being in that place may pose health hazards or contamination. But he/she should have faced the so-called man too.
