Late sleeping is the most pressing one for me to solve as it always puts me on a late start in the next morning which results in not being able to do all that needs to be done within a day. Sticking with the decision to sleep early is hard.
For real, you need to be very intentional about it, if not, you won't stop. 😅
Have you tried keeping your phone away before a certain time at night to do other stuffs until sleep comes?
Yes, I've tried that and it works minimally. The problem is that I may sit silently doing nothing while my mind up there is hosting a party of thoughts lol.
