Yes, we see this a lot in movies and series, that the parents are racist but the children aren't, that they have a different view, but then the people who don't like these parents end up mistreating and judging the children together, even though they think differently, so I don't think children can be judged by their parents' problems.

People don't get to understand that if they want respect for their beliefs or ways to see life right or wrong, they need to respect other's, including childs, every person has the right to chose the right way according to their beliefs.
