That's exactly what happens to me, I've tried to help and give my opinion too much to improve things, but unfortunately my manager never listens to me. The funny thing is that I'm in the same boat, so I want the company to improve too, but even so, it seems like I'm a newbie who doesn't know anything to him. It's a complicated situation, but these days I've let it go.

It's unfair how the bosses look down on people. at times, they see their workers as not being capable of doing anything but to receive and carry out orders.
It's good that you had to let go, because if you kept on persisting, it may lead to something else
