Because it's something natural and a bodily function, I believe it would be even more logical if people stopped being afraid and used it to their advantage. Imagine the following situation: something very serious happened that caused an emotional imbalance in you. O choro é um mecanismo natural de alívio de tensões, redução de estressa e regulação emocional. Essa história de que não pode chorar, não tem nenhuma lógica, e não tem nada haver com ser homem ou mulher, ou criança ou idoso, qualquer um que tenha a necessidade de ativar esse mecanismo do choro por estar passando por uma situação difícil deve sim chorar. Afinal, além de aliviar esses momentos complicados, o choro também serve para proteção dos olhos, já que as lágrimas vão limpar e proteger e curiosamente pode até melhorar o humor, quem já não ouvi a expressão “chorei de rir”.
Por ser algo natural e uma função do corpo acredito que seria até mais lógico se as pessoas parassem de ter medo e usar a seu favor. Imagina, a seguinte situação, aconteceu algo muito grave que gerou um desequilibrio emocial em você, em vez de entrar em desespero, pode usar esse mecanismo do choro para te alivar e voltar ao seu racional para resolver o problema.
Homem não chora?
A pergunta “Homem não chora?”, não é uma questão do homem não chorar, mas sim sobre porque a sociedade parece não dar espaço para chorar. Além disso, grande parte dos militares são compostos por homens, o que significa que não vai adiantar em um momento de guerra, é aguentar e pronto, ninguém vai te salvar nessa situação.
Nesse sentido, pelo contexto histórico de guerras e pelo retrato da cultura de como um homem deve se comportar, entende-se o motivo de existir essa frase “homem não chora”. Entretanto, como foi dito, é um mecanismo natural presente em todos os seres humanos, que parece não poder ser utilizado pelos homens porque representa fraqueza, e eles pelo passado de protetores do lar e provedores, não podem ter isso. É dificil pensar em alguém que gostaria de ser protegido por uma pessoa que chora com facilidade ou que gostaria de namorar com alguém assim, normalmente buscam o total oposto disso.
