Yes, most ladies now have the intention to cart away a man's wealth by divorcing them just after a few years of getting married. Well, for the court wedding, it's necessary especially when you need such certificate for an opportunity.
But in all, when both partners do love themselves and are fully ready to be committed and go through all together, I don't think an idea for a prenup would be good. It's all a matter of sincerity and good intentions.
