Babe..I was so much angry last night that I was ready to deal with my husband with my mouth🤣

But somehow a little voice whispered to me to be calm if not, things will escalate...that's how I forced myself to sleep,waking up , i felt peaceful this morning and forgot about what happened last night .

Sleep so many times hv been my remedy otherwise , na trouble oo😀

Haha. This is one of the many challenges of personal relationships that others don't see.😂 I'm glad you had restraint in that moment, and now you can laugh over it because it didn't lead to a terrible outcome.

We should be thanking God for the concept of sleep. A really helpful tool for anger.
