Yep. My son shouts "Dopamine rush!" when he levels up and hears the ssssshwing! (me too!)
Worse things to be addicted to! As long as physical health comes first. And there is outside time every day... I'm in.
p.s. It's also a great way to socialize online. #justsayin ;)
