Sweet potatoes are so yummy. Great that you have lots around. BTW I know that sound people boil the sweet potatoes but I have never tried that. Also a friend told me tha she added ginger - I can imagine that that could work. In the end the recipe becomes your own. I see that you have baker in your profile so you know what I mean.
Yes with vanilla ice cream it is extra yummy.

Yes! I love to bake! Like a lot. In fact I have a whole cooking series I do here on ecency. I try to avoid boiling anything because it just means sad food, but @zakludick did bring a steamer with him when we moved in together. I guess I'll be using that. Look who's laughing now, Zak 🙈
