Are your system ok with oily food and spicy food?

Second do you eat old food in the fridge?

do you eat freah food...

As for my experience it depends on system, even gender...lol...men can eat more than women, or maybe its a stereotype...

right now due to personal stress my system is not good...

but at times I have enjoyed food at marriages(I never ever waste food) and seen people not eat certain food like sweets worried about weight gain etc (mostly gals again, silly I tell ya!!)

And I can see you like flavours and cooking...add travel to it , maybe you can make a carieer out of it...

If you can travel, and eat anything and review it...people have done that in food and travel programs and it has been popular...

That being said... its important to understand your body and act... eat only till your stomach is filled and no extras...eat only when your hungry...

Don't eat overly oily food often that's spicy...

If your young...eat what you want...sweets , this and that and enoy life...

I have not done that in my twenties and resret it, that's because I too was worried about putting on weight like gals... but later post 30's I just eat what I can at times...

I have enjoyed food at festivals... without tummy trouble, but now its not the case...hope it gets alright soon!!

Ohhhh wow, this is just beautiful and I am going to put your corrections into consideration and will follow that..

Regarding going around and tasting foods and giving reviews, I think it's something worth doing and the problem is just HOW??.

I have fewer knowledge in those stuffs 🙂...

nowadays I have been man and women travels partnering in food review... and its good too, gender inclusion...

remember, gals too need to enjoy travel and living, food and adventure... Ha!! and not bother about weight...

I love also making food for others... do it with special care and love... and try to make it healthy... its fun that way.
