Yeah, keep receipt is very important , I could also remember when I went to gas plant to get gas, My change was not given to me and I was asked to come back..buy one getting there , the first thing they ask me is the receipt, but unfortunately I did not remember to collect receipt, that's how I lost the money... I also learned my lesson.
Al this nepa can be so cunning, I don't know why we can use sane meter for another place, they always look for ways to extort money from people, I think the issue is the same thing everywhere.

Yeah, I learned from the ordeal, so any time I have an unfinished transaction that deals with money, I can not but ask for a receipt, and If at all they don't have receipt, I will ask for something to show as an evidence.
