The fact that you're being monitored and watched always itself is a form of insecurity. So, how do I feel secure when I know everything I do is being monitored and I have no privacy if my own....

Yes, because whatever we do is being monitored which can be uncomfortable. So instead of that I will keep my privacy to myself because how sure that after handling over my privacy, crimes won't occur.
