RE: The Line Between a Recommendation and a Stolen Opportunity

I really love where you draw the line.
A lot of us have in one way or the other benefitted from this nepotism of a thing. And it can be good too, just that qualified people shouldn't be deny of a thing all because you can decide who has it. Going ahead to give a position to someone who's not qualified, should be criminalized. Like you said,one is access the other is theft.
