Online bullying does go a long way, because you can't tell the millions of people that has seen it, people you don't even know. And the online space is a very quick to judge/conclude one.
But then, we can't say which is not worse, both are.
Either online or offline, bullying, harassment and the likes is same and should not be condoned nor tolerated.
