Your remedy for anger is Sleep and thats quite good, I envy that

When I'm angry, I can't sleep LOL
It keeps replaying in my head and what gives me comfort is until I confront the person that angered me. He has to know what he has done and I dislike it.

I know, right? I'm also a confrontational person. They all work together to lessen my anger. I'm glad confrontation alone works for you and I hope there's never a reason to avoid it.
