RE: NURTURING YOUNG MINDS: MY APPROACH TO DISCIPLINE

Hey there, evol.❤️
Parenting is not an easy feat. It is something that requires patience, prayers, and understanding from both parties. As you mentioned, children are copycats. They tend to imitate whatever they see. So, parents should be careful how they act around their kids.

When it comes to correcting a child, there are so many methods parents can use. According to the Bible, parents should use the “rod” when necessary. Meaning, that whenever your kid does something wrong, punish them physically. I agree. However, parents should also correct their kids with love. Beat them with your left hand, draw them closer with your right.

Words are really powerful. Sometimes, they work better than beatings. Sometimes, all a child needs is emotional words, not canes and belts. Sadly, parents get it all wrong. Find the right approach, when words parents working, then maybe switch to physical punishments.

I gave birth to you, so I can do anything I want to you.

This is really scary.

Thanks for sharing, evol.🌹

Well said, my love.

Like you said, parenting requires patience, prayers and love. Children are always inquisitive, they want to learn and that’s why they always ask questions, which sometimes can be tiring but as parents we have to always make sure to give answers to most of their questions or else, they will get it somewhere else that won’t be good.

Thank you, for your beautiful input, my love. ❤️

Valid. Parents must ALWAYS be ready to give answers to their questions. It is one of the sacrifices they make.
You're welcome.❤️
