I've been to Ibadan about two times, the second visit was during the rainy season and I must say, it's as dirty as Lagos, (maybe it was because the area I visited was the trenches) but yes, it's a less populated place..

I think the dirtiness has to do with the area you visited, we have some areas that are very clean there too but I think if we analyze it well, we would have more dirty areas there than the clean ones.
The clean areas are probably those places where people with the money are living. The trenches are more, and even dirtier like we've agreed lol.
