Honestly being a developer is a plus on this platform, it helps you standout and also win the people's heart in terms of becoming a witness. I suppose that the first step is to realize that every single person on HIVE is equally important as some of the things that Jim said stand... It was/is that devs were "more important" in the eyes of everyone...
Yeah that's true, initially I believed that as well as, they seemed to add all the new updates and tools.
