Some people say: no risk, no gain. And on one side I agree with it. We learn by doing mistakes, by making that or another decision. And I think our life is a risk, but more important thing is the way we assess and mitigate it.

Yes you are right if you are not taking risk or not making any mistakes then you are not learning in a way.
