I think they deserve equal punishment so that their guardian will check them or guide them perfectly. If they are spared for being kids, they are nothing less than criminals, and they are using the kids names as training.

I understand your opinion and resonate with it, although I still think as they're young, you're still learning and can be rehabilitated, unlike adults that are fully aware of their actions and it's impact on others.
