Everyone who do crime deserve equal punishment. I think in case of kids their parents should be punished also if their parents have the intention to protect their children by the name of kids.

Lol, no. I disagree with parent being punished... Cos some parent tried their best in raising them but they just choose to be bad...
In that case, I think the child should bear the consequences, and we don't need such a child law.
