Not enough to take it seriously

As humans, everyone is equal, and everyone deserves respect; it doesn't matter the color, size, family, or status. Unfortunately, the world is cruel, and we categorize people based on many things. It should not be like that, but that's how it is. Judging by appearance is a very common habit of most humans. Sometimes it can affect us positively, and sometimes it can affect us negatively, depending on the situation. It can be enjoyable for some people, but it can also be humiliating for others.

Body shaming is a very common thing. Since my childhood, I have seen a lot. In the case of the immune system, I got good genes from my parents; I always consider myself lucky for it. At a very early age, I was fat. I was very little at the time, and I didn't understand what others said about me. But based on my parents' words, I was criticized for it at an early age. During the time of growth, I became very tiny, and it was very hard to guess I could be so tiny if anyone had seen me in my early age. After growing up a little, I could understand many things, and I can clearly remember that many people criticized me because of my tiny figure. I didn't understand why people do so, as I don't have any issue with it. Find out if someone saw me; they asked if I had eaten anything at home or not. At this time, I was not mature enough to deal with them, but it was very difficult to answer the question of it.

With my growth, I started to learn how to answer them, and thanks to my knowledge for it. I used to reply to them, "A fatty figure is unhealthy, and it's the source of many diseases. I don't want to die early, and I recommend you take diet food if you don't want to suffer."It says that attack is the best defense, and I also followed a similar strategy. Indirectly, I told them they are unhealthy and fat. If they tried to defend themselves, I would beat them in debate, as I was good at it. I think it was okay to criticize them, as they dared to criticize me.

At the present moment, my fitness is quite good, and I am maintaining my fitness only by walking. In my opinion, it's the best exercise, and I don't need to make manual effort for it. Instead of it, many people say many things. Do I actually care about it? My honest answer is no, and it's because I don't have time to think about others' opinions. I think I know my body better than anyone, and I don't need to consider the suggestions of others. If I think it's okay, then it's okay. No one can influence me in such a case. Depending on my mood, I will return the criticism if anyone dares to do so. I have many ways to criticize others and keep their mouths shut.

Is there any negative impact on me or others because of my positive body and mindset? I don't think there is any kind of negative impact from it as long as no one tries to mess with me.

Honestly, being able to be fit just by performing our daily tasks is a blessing many people underrate. For the kind of body you have, many are going to surgeries or torturing themselves in the gym. But you just get it by walking... There's absolutely nothing to be ashamed about!
