Yeah, a test of knowledge if all protocol are formerly and strictly followed, if there's no chance of any sort of mal-practice or such.

Exactly. The fact that some people write exams by malpractice is already a sign that a lot of things needs to be considered before we all start making a case about using exams as a true test of knowledge
