This looks like another engagement initiative, similar to comment rewarded but with a different flavor. We need more like this in order to get compounding effect to another level.

Commentrewarder and topcomment do slightly other things indeed. Bit we both support engagement. We also work together. Commentrewarder for instance follows the topcomment trail.
