Technology has boost creativity

Happy new week great family and I am excited to share my own view on the subject matter for this edition. At first I was wondering how would I start but after a couple of minutes, some ideas dropped.

The theme for this edition deals with the cost of ease. Us the invention of technology making us as humans less productive or creative? Since AI has taken over virtually every helm of affairs. Is this a blow on creativity and how can we maintain our creativity with all these in play? Hmmmm this is a topic that needs proper attention in order to bring balance.

Technology hasn't destroyed or killed creativity but I think it has transformed and developed creativity to another dimension even though most of the art work today are going to extinction. I would like to share some few thoughts on the advantage that technology has brought to the society.

Technology has shifted creativity from the physical realm to what I called digital platforms. Instead of using things like paper, stage etc the advent of screen, computers and software and also AI materials has driven this to another height. You hardly see people make use of hand brushes to make drawing. The usual pencil drawing that artist normally do has been replaced with AI now. I saw a drawing that I thought it was a human being that created it but I was informed is AI generated. This is good development but does it completely blow out creativity? Not at all rather it helps to fortify what has been happening.

Some of the pictures and snapshot that normally takes days before they are printed hmmm it has become just a matter of minutes and your work is delivered to you smoothly. The technological advancement has come to improve our creativity. Just relying on AI without having a grip on how to give the right command so that the AI will process it is another thing. It requires another higher level of creativity to come up with something like that.

How can we stay creative?

Technology has both positive and negative impacts but I think the positive impacts are enormous. Technology has helped to improve our creativity and makes things easy even though some individuals are loosing their relevance.
One of the ways for us to stay relevant and suit into the modern age is to develop strategies to adopt to the current system. Every individual should make effort to catch up with the trend. Everyone should learn to upgrade knowledge to meet up with the demands. There are many that have given up on their creativity because of so many factors which could include low self esteem and lack of confidence. Let's learn to balance the trending thing.

Technology has not eliminated creativity but it has added value and reshape it. It has foster opportunities for one to explore new possibilities for better creativity even though the originality of creativity has been reduced a little.
