Anxiety is a mental health disorder which is constituted by fear, nervous and other feelings. Anxiety is a mental health condition that can be described by the way one fears, worries about a thing etc . There are varied things that makes people anxious in life and also there are different types of anxiety.
There is an African adage that says you can't stop bird from flying over your head but you can stop them from making nest on your head. This implies it's possible to be anxious but the big question is what do you do when you are anxious? I want to say that is not a crime to be anxious but when you don't know how to manage it would escalate to a disorder which would affect human beings. There are things you could easily do to avoid anxiety.
Some of the symptoms of anxiety includes Rapid heart beat. This is a clear indication that something is wrong. Sweating or trembling are all the factors that constitutes physical symptoms.
Another symptom is the emotional where there is feeling of fear, worry etc while the other symptom is behavioural which an individual will be begin to avoid situations or activities because of fear of an unknown.
As I earlier stated that there are plenty factors that makes one anxious and ways to identify when someone is anxious.
One of the ways to come out of anxiety is through connecting with my God via prayers. Sometimes human beings might not understand accurately how the feeling is but God does. Therefore i have learned over time to depend on him for everything.
Another thing i do is to read through the stories of others that have gone ahead of me in life. Their plight would become a precaution for me.
I sometimes tell myself that i have more life to live therefore no need to think too much because I can't solve all the problems in this life.
