Special greetings from this terrain and i hope everything is going well with everyone out there. Its been a busy week for me which even made me adjust my schedule. Ordinarily i don't procrastinate my post for Saturday but i tried doing it yesterday but the activities were so chocked. Thank God I am here now. Looking at the theme for this edition, I would say this is beautiful and is matter that i have been battling with for sometimes now.
Is not everything that medication normally solves. There are other things that medication might not be able to provide. When i was growing up, i thought every symptom of sickness has a particular drugs or medication routine that could be of great help. Is not all medical conditions that requires medication. Im this post, i would try to elaborate on this based on some examples.
I have seen people that feel terrible sick at the end didn't leverage on the medical report that acted as God directs them. The orientation of the mind need to change.
Some of the mental illness that we have can be resolved not necessarily through medication but if the lifestyle of an individual can be changed. Mental disorders like depression, trauma, stress etc. Just as i earlier said not everything requires medical attention. There are some individuals that what makes them struggle with some of these challenges are due to peer pressure. There was a young man who had league of friends that always circumnavigate around him and many times they go out together to chill out and hangout.
This faithful day he got trapped by the friends and introduced to a different lifestyle. Just within few moments, this guy started taking alcohol and other contraband products which almost caused him his life thank God for the deliverance. It was the influence of his friends that paved way for other things to crept in. When his parents realized it, they decided to disconnect him from these friends. As God will have it the lifestyle started changing gradually and later got transformed.
Depression and stress or anxiety are also conditions that can be cured without necessarily taking any prescribed drug. Just today my wife and i were so exhausted that she couldn't do something in her blog. To deal with anxiety and depression, one must deliberately consider few things. There are different factors that can make an individual become anxious about things. When you refused to take a little rest, definitely the entire body system is affected. No matter what you do the best solution when you are tired, what you need is to have good rest. Some people that became addicted about this. You don't neeed plenty things to do before you come out of it.
Being healthy can be due to one's change of lifestyle or being deliberately practice how to to stay healthy. Recently i made resolution on not to drink or take things that that are sugary. This would help to boost the immune system and preserve the heart from attack.
