For this week 175 edition, it comes with another great sought after topic which has been a trend for a couple of years now. When i saw the theme for this edition, i couldn't hesitate because it's been a controversial thing that lingers within many hearts over time. The matter of vaccination has been a debatable thing because of the different reasons, experiences that people might have gone through.
The fact that you had an ugly experience about a thing once or so does that establish the fact that its now a complete NO? I believe life is like a coin which has both head and a tail. Sometimes it depends on how and where it turns. Our mind ought to be fixed on being positive and highly optimistic as the journey goes. I wouldn't want to make my opinion look more relevant than any other one but i feel everyone should be entitled to his or her opinion.
Vaccines are very important and plays a vital role in human body system. These vaccines when taken helps the immune system of the body to function well and better. It helps to activate the antibiotics or antigen which becomes more alive to combat diseases that would like to infiltrate the human body.
Leaving the body system alone without any attempts to take care of it will result to deteriorating of certain tissues and other sensitive parts of the body. When some of these tissues or organs gets worn out what's next? It could be death or something very terrible. Vaccines helps to augment and to fortify the immune system so that it would be strong enough to confront diseases.
The role of vaccines in the human body cannot be overemphasized. When vaccines are mentioned, people quickly remembered the ugly experience we had during COVID-19 even though it actually complicated however it created lots of impacts in human beings and even the entire environment. There was a vaccine created to stop the spread of COVID-19 and the government almost made it compulsory for all to take it. Personally I didn't but both withstanding i like vaccine.
Let's check out the vaccines administered to the toddlers...it does a lot of good to their lives. Like the polio, measles, meningitis etc if not because of the preventative method of vaccines made it would crept and killed many children in Africa. The vaccine boosted their immune system and made them more lively.
One of the craziest reasons I think people don't take vaccines or take it seriously is because of the myth and other beliefs system built around it. Some because of their religion, which forbeits them to take any foreign drug. I lived with a family before in same compound. When the woman was pregnant, she refused to take the conventional medication. She said their spiritual head will provide all that she needed.
Some people reject vaccines due to the cultural values. Culture really affects most people today. Some cultures believed that traditional medication is the best hence they become adamant to any form of new changes.
Vaccines are very important. Recently my wife just finished taking her own vaccines after giving birth to our son. Of recent there has been issue or cases of hepatitis A,B,C etc. The way out is to take appropriate vaccines before you get infected.
Vaccination is good and should be encouraged.
Thanks for reading through.
I didn’t believe this whole religion thing until I found out that some churches do not take blood transfusions. That made me believe that if people can reject blood in a critical condition, what’s a vaccine that they can’t reject.
This is a critical matter. Thanks for adding your voice.
You’re most welcome
Vaccination is very good and yes, should be encouraged. Some cultures with their traditions, opposing the importance of vaccination is due to ignorance and aren't opened to the understanding of what vaccines does to the body. What we know wouldn't kill us, it is what we don't know that will.
You're accurate on this and thank you for sharing
Vaccines are important but religions and personal beliefs tends to stand in the way.
It's true. These factors really ruined some people's mindset towards vaccines.
We have heard many things about it and seen some things with our own eyes. After it was installed, some of our relatives passed away early, so it was better that we should not have had it installed.
