RE: Tipping: A Token of Thanks or a Tool of Manipulation?

The thin line between tipping been a tool of appreciation or of manipulation is when it is forceful or coerced, mandated or obligated and not free will or optional. This needs to be looked into nowadays the balance to it is not there at all. Corruption, extortion, bribery can result at the extreme of tipping.
