So yeah, at this stage I'm, I can definitely be a role model to others but the things about this is that, you can't choose who will choose you as a role model, it just happens and there is nothing you can do about it. People just develop the need and intention to do so without consulting who ever they have chosen as role model. Which means you as a person might not see anything fascinating about yourself, meanwhile there is someone somewhere who admires your every step and desire to be like you.
It is not about the stage you get to in life only, it might be the way you handle things or emotional intelligence. It could be anything at all because while you think you have nothing to be admired, wait until you meet your admiral. If I were approached by someone and I was asked to be a mentor, would I accept? why not? As long as I'm in the position of teaching whoever it is something of value, I don't mind. I believe in we rise by helping others, I would do whatever I have to offer can help the person no matter how little it is, I will definitely be inclined to do so.
Some might think it is too much of a responsibility, truly it is. It can be overwhelming sometimes, having to teach someone things, being responsible for the person, it is not an easy task. But as long as it is considered your sacred duty for humanity, someone also mentored you, why can't you pass that knowledge to others to the best of your capabilities? You might think you don't know anything but if that were the case, the person would have never approached me or you, they must have saw something.
