Not just in your country, even in mine, the innocent mostly end up in the prison too. Taking medical attention from inmates simply because they don't pay taxes doesn't sound logical

It's a risk to which everyone is exposed. Furthermore, health and food are fundamental human rights, although countries like the US or Israel voted against.
