It's so sad how that those whom we are depending on to protect us and our properties are the very ones that are taking our lives and properties away.
Thank God that nothing happened with you that day, if they had shot that guy, all of you would have been implicated, it was just a miracle that you guys escaped.
I read sometime back how that two soldiers snatch a car and phone from a guy they suspected to be a yahoo boy. They also made him transferred some money to them again. The good news is they were caught somehow. Now my concern is, if the boy was an internet fraudster, aren't they supposed to arrest him instead? Why collect bribe from him and take his car and phone? We pray for that all these uniform men will one day, keep their greed and lust aside and do what they were really employed for
You are correct. People no longer depend on the Police because they have proven to be untrustworthy and that's the reality we all have to deal with in this part of the world.
The Story you narrated is based on fact. That's exactly how things work here. They don't really care about executing law and order. All the want is to display their power and make money through all fraudulent opportunity they get.
